We are living in challenging times and many of us are holding grief, anxiety, and fear in our hearts and bodies. These challenges can weigh us down, and at times make it hard to find the way through.
This class provides an opportunity to transform challenging emotions and mind-states through song, creativity, sisterhood, and gentle rituals. Creativity and sisterhood is a pathway to resilience and gathering in Circle is medicine for the soul.
Both Jennifer and Shiloh Sophia have been teaching for over 30 years and gathering women into Circle and the Sacred. This special gathering is intended to uplift our spirits, nurture our bodies, and move energy that is stuck.
You are invited to join us on a journey to discover your interior wisdom and natural sources of healing, joy, and wellbeing. Through sacred song and creative expression, we evoke healing energies that can carry us through the challenges we may be facing to a sense of peace and renewal. We are journeying to experience and explore the place where peace abides. We allow ourselves to be carried to the other side of where we have been.
Our painting focuses first on using the elements of earth, air, fire, water, cosmos, and shimmer to create a background. Then we work together to bring a healing intuitive image of the Sacred Feminine onto the canvas. The image you paint is entirely yours to sense and create. Perhaps you envision being carried, held, and embraced by the mother, or her as the earth, or a relationship you have with the feminine Divine, or her presence as the matrix of life.
No painting experience is needed - don't worry, this is for beginners and skilled artisans alike.
Here is an example of moving from abstract into simple forms of the feminine.

MESSAGE from SHILOH and JENNIFER
Dear Ones,
The two of us taught our first class together over 17 years ago in Mendocino. Then in early 2020, we were called to bring our gifts back together for our mutual communities, so we held our first She Carries Me class in person at MUSEA in Sonoma and the experience was beyond amazing! We couldn't wait to hold our next class.
Shortly after, the pandemic happened and so we had to reassess when and how we could teach this class again. We are thrilled to be together again in January and hope you will enjoy this experience which lights up our hearts.
We loved the idea of envisioning hundreds of women gathered in person and online, creating a truly quantum connection across the globe as we sing and paint in sisterhood.
While we work in different mediums, both of us have served women in the capacity of self-expression for most of our lives. When the two of us come together with our gifts, the result is absolute magic!
This will be our fourth time teaching this!
With great heart,
Shiloh Sophia and Jennifer Berezan

By taking this class you will:
Intentional Creativity means to create with love and mindfulness. It is super-duper simple and very profound. We will work step by step to build our base of images. YET the deepest part is the inquiry of HOW you arrive at the images with your information and the translations. Your Muse always knows the way. Follow its nudges!
You don't need painting experience to do this kind of painting.
The more wild and free, the better!

She Carries Me And She Weeps by Kristin Aardema Faigh
She Carries Me by Uma Mulnick
"Stepping into the session after feeling such an innate call to explore the concept of "She Carries Me," and what it means to me, within the process, I discovered this was an open invitation to enter a portal on how I choose to carry myself. The process that unfolds on the canvas is heartfelt, and I felt myself open to possibility with compassion and understanding as I found myself immersed in color and form and, ultimately, at the end of the session, pondering what sweet emergence wished to take place on the canvas, and where I will go from here. For some, their emergence happened immediately, while others like me are learning and coming at this from a fresh perspective with an integrative process. I look forward to exploring more sessions with MUSEA to continue the process of unraveling what will emerge next upon the canvas within the supportive container that MUSEA has created through its membership. As I hold this inquiry, I look forward to sharing what emerges with other like-minded creative visionaries in the MUSEA app. May She Who Carries YOU emerge upon the canvas when she is ready.
Thank you, MUSEA, for all that you are and all that you do."

Curate Shiloh Sophia is the Matriarchal Founder of MUSEA Center for Intentional Creativity and Consciousness and the Stardust Lineage.
We are home to an inter-generational and multicultural collective of emerging and experienced creatives, healers, and leaders. Our lineage, beginning in the 1930s, is the framework for our Path of Practice in the intentional arts of every medium. Our vision is awakening consciousness through self-expression, so that we might become collaborative stewards with all of creation.
Shiloh Sophia describes this work as “an ancient futuristic spiritual path for the quickening times that offers healing, devoted practice, intentional community and purpose for our lives”. Her 30 year body of work has evolved into this path for seekers and finders with self-expression as the core form of devotion and the gateway to spiritual access through flow state. She is a teacher, artist, author and mystic, guiding tens of thousands of people in accessing their inner world to awaken embodied consciousness and identity through the ecstatic disciplines of the healing arts. She teaches classes and offers circles globally via livestream tv to viewers, on location at exotic destinations, and at the Mothership campus in Sonoma, California.
The Intentional Creativity Foundation, 501 (c) 3, a museum and sanctuary, offers sacred space to our global membership. We gather weekly and are always emerging into the most potent versions of ourselves as individuals, community members and in the greater collective. You can find her most mornings have tea with her Muse among the redwood trees and grapevines, looking to solve the mysteries of the universe with a paintbrush and provocative conversation. She is a prolific painter with collectors all over the world. She was taught by her two mothers to live life as a great adventure, and indeed she has, and she calls each of us forward into the power of unreasonable love for one another and all of creation!
May Love Be At The Center of All Choices!

A thousand arms, a thousand eyes
A thousand ears to hear my cries,
She is the gate, she is the door,
She leads me through and back once more
When day has dawned, and death is night
She'll carry me to the other side.
She carries me, she carries me,
She carries me to the other side.
