We are the controller of the data, however, we rely on our provider, Infusionsoft, to handle the data that we collect. They are an industry leader in contact relationship software and we have been a client of theirs for over a decade.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, or through one of our pages, or order forms and interest pages associated with Mothership Inc, Shiloh Sophia Studios, Cosmic Cowgirls Ink, LLC., Imprensiva Inc., or The Intentional Creativity Foundation, Inc.
We may also collect information through your placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, responding to a survey, filling out a form via our web pages, or should you submit your information to receive a free resource via our web pages. We generally collect email addresses in order to inform you of timely product offerings.
When ordering or registering on our site or via one of our web pages, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or any other pertinent data. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We use a secure server socket layer for all transactions where data may be collected from you. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be retained.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Data Storage: We do not store your data on our own servers, however, our data provider and processor, Infusionsoft, retain all the data that we collect on our guests on its servers. They are fully GDPR compliant.

Anytime a data subject (you) reaches out with a valid right-to-be-forgotten request, you can reach out to our Customer Support team at email@example.com to have your record(s) deleted within 30 days. In most cases, it takes only a few minutes.
We collect informed consent from the data subject (you) in all cases when asking for permission to send you information relating to items you have stated interest in.
We have an agreement in place with our data processors that inculcates them to be in compliance with the GDPR.
Every page we serve we endeavor to protect with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection.
