Intentional Creativity® Class with Shiloh Sophia

We are so excited to have you with us!

We encourage you to share your process in the iMusea App, our community. Plan for 4-5 hours of studio time. Our community is doing it together starting April 14 and we will have support until April 18.

Here is what you will find on this page known as the Dashboard.

Materials List

Art Supplies: 

  • Canvas - minimum 16x20 or 20x20. Shiloh works with a square canvas.
  • Several colors of Acrylic paint that you are drawn to (think colors of the rainbow) + white. Liquid acrylic is the best for our process.
  • Paintbrushes in a variety of sizes
  • A few sharpies
  • Jar for paint water  
  • Paper towels (or soft cotton lint-free rags or old t-shirts work too)  
  • Painting smock or pajamas
  • Spray bottle

You can find these materials at a local arts and crafts store. Or search online.

About Insight

This class was originally filmed in 2018. The videos are totally AMAZING and this class has been taken by thousands of women around the world. Note that you may hear references to past dates or happenings. Yet this class leads into our upcoming courses, Legend in May and Color of Woman, applications are open now.

A note to new Painters: Shiloh Sophia's painting is here to provide inquiries and potentials for your process. Your painting does not need to look like hers, even though it is offered step by step. Your painting is YOUR PAINTING. You can think of her painting as suggestions or ideas or a model of what you might want to explore yet the intention is not to duplicate what she created.

Make your painting totally your own - go wild, break the rules, there aren’t any. This isn’t a paint by number. That said - those who are considering taking Color of Woman, The Intentional Creativity Teacher Training - will note that YOU can teach this! The pattern is there if you need it, and we invite you to make it your own. Break the mold and remember, you are an original baby!

Color of Woman Teacher Training

Color of Woman is a Teacher Training based on the Work of MUSEA Curate, Shiloh Sophia. Applications open now through April 28th.
