A message from Shiloh Sophia:
Some say that waking up isn’t a linear step by step process that you can ‘make happen’. Yet, over twenty years I asked myself the question - WHAT IF IT IS POSSIBLE to follow a guided journey to waking up?
By waking up, I mean becoming aware to the extent that it is safe for any given person. Once we ‘come to’ and engage with our healing journey we most often want to guide and support others on the path to awakening.
Below is the process I have designed for you to move closer to your Soul Space - to discover the "YOU" that has ALWAYS been there but isn’t always available to your conscious mind.

Shiloh Sophia lives life as a great adventure narrated by the creative fire of her Muse! For the past 27 years, she has dedicated her life to the belief that self-expression is a basic human right and shares her message with tens of thousands around the world through her revolutionary education, focused on art as a pathway to healing and transformation called Intentional Creativity®. She is the Curator and Co-founder of MUSEA: Center for Intentional Creativity®, with locations in Sonoma and around the world. “I believe making art with intention combines the best of healing and recovery through science, embodiment and mindfulness". Most mornings she can be found having tea with her Muse, pouring over quantum physics and sacred texts in the Red Thread Cafe with her husband Jonathan.
