The Dynamic Duo of Powerhouses: Shiloh Sophia and Jennifer!
We are living in challenging times and many of us are holding grief, anxiety, and fear in our hearts and bodies. These challenges can weigh us down, and at times make it hard to find the way through.
This class provides an opportunity to transform challenging emotions and mind-states through song, creativity, sisterhood, and gentle rituals. Creativity and sisterhood is a pathway to resilience, and gathering in Circle is medicine for the soul.
Both Jennifer and Shiloh Sophia have been teaching for over 25 years and gathering women into Circle and the sacred. This special gathering is intended to uplift our spirits, nurture our bodies, and move energy that is stuck.
You are invited to join us on a journey to discover your interior wisdom and natural sources of healing, joy, and wellbeing. Through sacred song and creative expression, we evoke healing energies that can carry us through the challenges we may be facing to a sense of peace and renewal. We are journeying to experience and explore the place where peace abides. We allow ourselves to be carried to the other side of where we have been.
Our painting focuses first on using the elements of earth, air, fire, water, cosmos, and shimmer to create a background. Then we work together to bring a healing intuitive image of the feminine onto the canvas. The image you paint is entirely yours to sense and create. Perhaps you envision being carried, held, and embraced by the mother, or her as the earth, or a relationship you have with the feminine Divine, or her presence as the matrix of life.
No painting experience is needed - don't worry, this is for beginners and skilled artisans alike.

The Creation Song by Shiloh Sophia
Dear Ones,
The two of us taught our first class together over 17 years ago in Mendocino. Then in early 2020 we were called to bring our gifts back together for our mutual communities, so we held our first She Carries Me class in person at MUSEA in Sonoma and the experience was beyond amazing! We couldn't wait to hold our next class.
Shortly after, the pandemic happened and so we had to reassess when and how we could teach this class again. We are thrilled to offer this experience in October and hope you will enjoy this experience which lights up our hearts.
We loved the idea of visioning hundreds of women gathered in person and online, creating a truly quantum connection across the globe as we sing and paint in sisterhood.
While we work in different mediums, both of us have served women in the capacity of self-expression for most of our lives. When the two of us come together with our gifts, the result is absolute magic!
With great heart,
Shiloh Sophia and Jennifer Berezan
By taking this class you will:
Intentional Creativity means to create with love and mindfulness. It is super-duper simple and very profound. We will work step by step to build our base of images. YET the deepest part is the inquiry of HOW you arrive at the images with your information and the translations. Your Muse always knows the way. Follow its nudges!
You don't need painting experience to do this kind of painting.
The more wild and free, the better!

A thousand arms, a thousand eyes
A thousand ears to hear my cries,
She is the gate, she is the door,
She leads me through and back once more,
When day has dawned and death is nigh
She'll carry me to the other side.
She carries me, she carries me,
She carries me to the other side.
