• Learn to lead ceremonies for your own gatherings

Note - These gatherings are rooted in circle, ceremony, gathering, and slow time together. There is no agenda or goal other than the initiation ceremony. We will not be creating a painting, but you are welcome to bring your journal to be creative.

This is not your Graduation Ceremony - those will continue to happen for each cohort virtually for 2022.

Schedule, Location, and Travel Planning:

Plan for 3 days and 3 nights

If you can come Saturday night, great, otherwise plan to be here by 3pm so that you can settle in. Doors open at 3

Transportation, Lodging, and Meals:

Are organized independently, except for one meal shared together. A list of lodging ideas and travel details will be provided to help you plan.

*PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance due to potential unforeseen circumstances.

Gathering Dates

The Rites of Passage theme and events planned will be the same for each Gathering. You are invited to attend the dates for your specific Certification Training no matter when you graduated, this is for you.

Tuition Payment Options:

• $1,275.00 for pay in full.
• $234.00 for a 6-month payment plan*
• $117.00 for a 12-month payment plan*

*includes administrative fee to manage your loan

About scholarships:

If you want to come to Sonoma, we want to help this be possible. Thus, we are willing to consider a long-term payment plan to meet your needs. We do have some partial scholarship funds available, which are limited due to the hard costs involved with a gathering of this nature. Email sarah@musea.org to inquire.

About refunds:

As Sonoma has opened up again, lodging should be booked far in advance. It helps you and us to know if you are coming so that we can prepare and order supplies.

You can cancel with a full refund up to 60 days prior to the event. If it is less than 60 days notice, you can receive a refund if we fill your spot or we will leave a full credit on your account towards a future event.
