Mní Wičhóni: Water is Life

• Do you long to quench the deep thirst of your soul?
• Do you sense your heart seeking to flow according to her own rhythms, her own voice, and her inner knowing?
• Do you seek to deepen your relationship to the ancestral waters that birthed and sustain you and all creation?
• Are you ready to release what is ready to be released to healing waters and flow forward with grace and Beauty?

Mní wičhóni (pronounced m'nee wee-cho-nee) is a Lakota phrase that translates to "water is life". It serves as a sacred reminder that water is the source of all existence and does more than merely sustain physical life—it connects all living things as kin, all birthed from the womb of the primordial waters.

We invite you to dedicate 4 hours of your day in sacred, creative space with us, 10 am - 2 pm PT, reconnecting with these ancient living waters that connect you with your lineage and with all life and bringing in the healing energies of water: to cleanse, to bless, to create, to flow, and to grow. Held in the spaciousness of our retreat, you will:

• connect with the living waters within you.
• participate in a special water blessing.
• engage in a process to gently release what you are not seeing and claim your flow forward.
• through movement and meditation, open to a fuller, more embodied sense of your fluid nature.
• through Intentional Creativity®, connect with your creative flow and create a painting honoring the Beauty you are flowing into the world.
• connect in red thread circle and share ways you will honor your sacred relationship with the waters of life.
• meet the Red Madonna team and learn about Red Madonna.

NO previous painting experience is required.

This retreat is complimentary. There is no fee. We do need you to register to access the retreat.

We will send a materials list when you register. You will only need a few basic painting supplies and watercolor paper.

** If you are not able to attend live, a recording of the retreat will be available to all who sign up.**
