INTRODUCTION

Dear One,

This was designed for you to

  • Create your own sales pages using a proven template
  • Journey to access your internal information
  • Invite you to create your own style
  • Learn to take the power into your own two hands to make invitations

About the Collaborative Intentional Creativity Template: Seeing you and collaborating with those you are calling to gather.

The construct of this template follows a 3-part flow. Each part contains the 9 Elements of Circumstance (wonder, who, what, when, where, why, how (in what way), wow, now (by what means) - you repeat the pattern three times. Anything that feels redundant you don't need. Part of the purpose of the template is to get your information from you onto the page.

INTENTIONAL DESIGN

Part I - INVITATION and INFORMATION: About You and Your Offer
Course details about the offer - all they need to know to make the choice. Guiding them to know you are the right person for the job. Briefly summarize the offer.

Part II - INSPIRATION and INTENTION: About Them
Speaking to their potentials and possibility and calling them in. Guiding them to see themselves in it.

Part III - IMAGINATION and IMPACT About US
About what is possible through working together and why it matters. Guiding them to visualize the collaborative aspect of working together.

  • FIRST IMPRESSION GRAPHIC - HERO with all CORE DETAILS The image and text at the top of the page are known as the Hero Image; it has the image and branding colors and can include the Who is making the offer, your name or company name, the What, Title of what the offer is and the Why, the key benefit or tagline. This is designed for Visual appeal, Text readability, Interactivity, Storytelling. Sometimes it has an action in it - like a way to sign up with an email, etc. If it is super time-sensitive - might add a date. If the location is special - might add that. There isn't one way to do it, think of first impression invitation energy.

One example that is largely informational : (WHO) Artist or Company and Logo if not already present [WHAT] Unlock Your Creativity A 5-week online Expressive Art Workshop, (WHY)
Let go of perfectionism and the inner critic.

Another example that is more invitation-like with an image, but not many details. "Unlock your creativity to let go of perfection and the inner critic. Will you dare?"

Size-wise, it should go all the way across the page but not too long because you need to answer the whole first set of questions, "above the fold",
(above the bottom of the viewable screen which is different depending on the device).

This could be the Course Graphic OR you can have a hero - then the details, and then the actual course graphic.

General Design Guidance:

  • Each offer page has 'branding' where you use no more than three fonts. No more than three sizes.
  • Each offer page has a color, pattern, and images that create a sense of cohesiveness. Recommend no more than three colors. A primary color, accent color for buttons, dividers, section backgrounds, and a third color would only be needed for the content that viewers need to notice so they don't miss out. e.g., the deadline to register, early registration savings, or bonus offer.
  • In general, Visitors want to know you understand them, so you can use techniques like; Addressing your customer directly, using “you”, making them feel like part of the family by using “we”, Telling a story that they can relate to, and using power words to elicit and show emotion. e.g., savings, gift, private, stunning, limited, one-of-a-kind, easy, instant, simple, epic, legendary, etc.

  • You will see this icon with instructions throughout this template. Just before you're done designing your page go through and delete all instructional sections and text widgets.
  • You can change all the colors, all the fonts, all the backgrounds on your own image.
  • Please note that if your page is standalone - and you have a website you can link to - you can add a home button at the top so they go to your website.
  • You can have an email sign up for conversion that leads to your website - as well as a way to RSVP for an event taking them to your website to pay our check out.
  • This is just ONE version of a template we made for you to "fill in the blanks" but you can choose any lead page template that you want to make your sales pages in. When you log in to LP (Lead Pages), you will select Landing Pages on the left and then the 'Create New Landing Page' button at the top of the page to see all the templates LP has to offer. There are many!

Since this is a shared account you will have a unique URL that has Intentional Creativity in it. BUT you won't be able to use the email integration or payment integration, you will need to direct them to your pages that help them take the next steps to signup, provide payment, etc...

You can use CANVA to make graphics, but you can also take a screenshot of an image with text and use that as your graphic if you aren't ready for Canva.
Image files need to be less than 2000px in either length or width as it can slow the performance down.

Register

It's a good idea to sprinkle registration buttons throughout the page so it's easy for people to click when they are ready to buy. Don't over do it, but having between 3-5 registration buttons is pretty typical. Your customers want to easily know where to go to take the next step.

PART I - About You and Your Offer

Images of beauty throughout the page that either match the color scheme or express the essence of your offering are very important as visuals speak so much to the viewer. While clip art can be used along with your own imagery, the more you can use your own art, clips of your work and photos from your studio, the more authentic and custom your invitation presentation will be.

PART II - About Them

INSPIRATION and INTENTION
Speaking to their potentials and possibility and calling them in. Guiding them to see themselves in it.

Part II Starts: ADD the COURSE GRAPHIC ABOVE

Part II Overview:

This is where you help them understand whether they are or are not your audience. Inviting them to see themselves working with you and this material. This section also begins to outline some of the benefits of seeing themselves working with you.

  • While we are a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) organization some IC offers may need to be gender-exclusive e.g., for women only to protect the sacred space for women who may not feel free to express themselves in the presence of males. Be sure to include this requirement in your offers when appropriate. Please reach out if you need help languaging your copy if needed.

How to delete this section:

Delete these instructions by going to the layout tab. Find the INSTRUCTIONAL ONLY 2 section, select it, then click on the trashcan icon. You can also delete it by hovering over the section until you see the section name. Click the three dots, then select delete from the menu.

WONDER: Video, quote, call from the presenter, and potentially a compelling image related to the event branding. This creates a kind of a section separation with a graphic or text. You can add something specifically about THEM. "Can you see yourself" "Are you looking for" etc... Bring them from the about your offer into about their interest in you.

Instructional Block (Row 2):

BELOW YOU CAN ADD AN IMAGE of the WHO if you have it - Perhaps a past event gathered people, stock image, or one of your works of art. You are creating a sense of who in some way.

How to delete this Section Row (a.k.a. block):

Delete these instructions by going to the layout tab. Find the REINFORCE THE OFFER Section. Expand the section to see Rows, find the row that has been renamed to Row 2 INSTRUCTIONAL ONLY, select it, then click on the trashcan icon.

WHO: Address who you are looking for so the client can understand they are your audience, or ask them a question - are you someone who?

THIS CLASS/COURSE ETC is DESIGNED TO xyz

THEN GO INTO Experiential BENEFITS

DESCRIBE the EXPERIENCE

Instructional Text Block (Row 4):

It is time to elaborate on the 'WHAT' by showing a few examples of your offering. You will want images, can be stock images or sections of a painting or a Canva design - What are THREE things they will leave the experience with.

Content tip: Be sure to add benefits, even better are benefits from the perspective of lifetime value. For example, your offer will likely include an Intentional Creativity tool like metacognitive drawing. This is considered a "what" item or "feature" of the offer. The corresponding lifetime value of learning and having the IC tool is; increases our ability to influence and transform every area of our life through awareness of our thinking patterns. Most offer features translate to a benefit of some kind, not always a lifetime benefit, but either way, be sure it's on your sales page. You will receive our support if you get stuck on this.

There are two layout sections, one with three squares and one with four circles. Pick one and delete the other one. They serve the same function.

How to delete this Section Row (a.k.a. text block):

Delete these instructions by going to the layout tab. Find the REINFORCE THE OFFER Section. Expand the section to see Rows, find the row that has been renamed to Row 4 INSTRUCTIONAL ONLY, select it, then click on the trashcan icon.
