Agenda/itinerary of the Class
Beginning with serving Wellness Shots (cucumber/celery/lime), followed by movement/dance to high-frequency sound and music! Journaling, drawing using metacognitive drawing and then completing with meditation a shared nutrient dense homemade tossed salad.
