Come celebrate Earth with us during our Rooted Connection Ceremony co-hosted by MUSEA’s Founding Curate Shiloh Sophia and our Creative Doula Kathleen Brigidina.

MUSEA’s CURA Council’s 500 Year Vision for the Quantum Commons

A vision for 8 Ceremonies following the Wheel of the Year for 500 years. Imagining where we might be in 20 generations stretches the eye of the heart to see in the spaces in between the spaces to find an inter-generational quantum commons.

You are warmly invited to gather during the next turn of the seasonal wheel, for our Rooted Connection Ceremony. This is a threshold time, an in-between place where transformation begins. During our gentle gathering we’ll honor all our roots, those that connect us to Earth, those that connect us to our ancestors, and those that connect us to our communities. In the old ways, people spoke of this being a time when the Veil Between Worlds is thinnest between the world of the living and the realm of spirit, ancestors, and unseen forces. It is a mist woven of time and energy that rises quietly to be witnessed. In these challenging times, we pause to remember, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper threads that support us all. Together, we celebrate the strength, wisdom, and resilience that flow through both the past and the natural world, grounding us as we face the turning of the seasons.

Shiloh, MUSEA’s Founder, will open our circle by sharing a sacred prayer as well as her 500 year intention rooted in the promise of the CURA council.

Kathleen, MUSEA’s Creative Doula,  will hold sacred space throughout the ceremony as well as guide us on Roots of Remembering” , a guided visualization she created inspired by Irish Celtic ways. Together, we will walk the thin space between worlds to a place of deep remembering where we will pause to listen for the wisdom of our ancestors, of Earth, and of our own inner truth.

Clair Oaks and Christine Mercy, our Storytellers / seanchaí, whose role it was to be the keeper of ancestral stories and wisdom, will each read from their recently published books and share the artwork they created during our Animystica course.

Louise Kelly, singer and musician will be our Keeper of the Song, historically lifting ancestral melodies, inviting us to sing back to the rivers, stones, and trees that hold memory.

This gathering is a creative rite of passage, inviting your own expression whether through journal, sketch, song, or movement to become part of the ceremony. Creativity flows here not just as art, but as offering to Earth, to the ancestors, and to the generations yet to come.
