Originally Recorded March 29, 2026
As much as could happen, has, and that is enough.
Believe that it's happened.
From this moment forward, remember you've done this work.
The stardust in your bones is 13 billion years old. Not a metaphor. Science. Every atom of calcium in your skeleton was forged inside a dying star and hurled across the cosmos in a supernova explosion. You are, literally, the universe made conscious of itself.
And yet — you are carrying things that were never yours. The medicine you carry in your stardust bones gets activated in groups of intentional healing. We awaken each other. We collaborate in the quantum field.
Together in ritual move through breath, visualization, and sacred transmission — the real, felt experience of what happens when women gather with intention. You will experience the full body Stardust Meditation practiced by our community.
Research shows that focused group intention shifts brainwave activity and alters our body chemistry. This is the science and the sacredness of healing, held in the sacred space.
Come ready to put down what was never yours. Come ready to heal whatever is ready to be healed.
What you'll experience:
✨ Guided breathwork and visualization
✨ Sacred transmission and somatic healing
✨ The real, felt shift that happens when women gather with intention
Your ancient knowing is waiting - to awaken.
Here's what women said after the last ritual:
After the ritual, Shiloh Sophia shares details about her upcoming program, Stardust Initiation — with over $40K in partial scholarships available. Applications close March 31.

Shiloh Sophia is a futurist, teacher, and community leader. She has guided communities for over twenty years, centered on the philosophy that to create change in the world around us, we must first change the inner world within us.
To address her vision of each person taking sacred responsibility for their inner world and learning to hear their voice, in 1994, she founded an evolutionary approach that weaves conscious awareness with science, somatics, and spirituality called Intentional Creativity®. Today, tens of thousands have studied and adopted this self-expressive approach as a path of practice to awaken and act from their truest voice, cultivate ongoing personal transformation, strengthen community bonds, move toward the life they choose to design instead of the ‘default life’ created for us to fit into.
She is the author and illustrator of over ten books, has shown her paintings in hundreds of venues worldwide, has taught at universities, has stewarded galleries and gathering places centering the stories of women since 2000. She speaks and teaches internationally on brain heart coherence and flow state research, the connection between spirit and soma, trauma-inspired approaches to the healing arts, all rooted in archeomythology and the artifacts of the ancient future feminine. She is the head teacher at MUSEA University, educating over 800 women leaders in Intentional Creativity Certifications since 2011.
Shiloh Sophia is the CEO, Co-Founder and Matriarch of MUSEA Center for Intentional Creativity and Consciousness, a global community with its mothership location in Sonoma, California. This unique community is a museum, university, sanctuary, ecosphere, and apothecary all in one. While the MUSEA campus is a working ranch with orchards, gardens, and bees, we feature a global classroom and broadcast studio, making it a hub for self-expression, ceremony, and personal transformation experiences.
MUSEA is home to one of the world’s largest and longest-standing art movements, with a private app, thousands of practicing students, a council of healers, and a diverse faculty of intergenerational and multi-cultural women leaders. The MUSEA communities are renowned as a go-to place for creating transformation, bringing your vision to life, and gathering with an interconnected community woven with a red thread of love.
Most days, you can find her having tea with her Muse, painting in her studio by the waters and the redwoods and discussing the mysteries of the universe. She has deeply mystical and animistic roots from her cultural heritage and was raised by two moms, a poet and a painter. Shiloh has followed in their footsteps, becoming a prolific painter and writer, all in service to the sacred earth and each of us as Co-creators with creation. Her philosophy, “Animystica,” which forms the foundation of the Path of Practice at Musea, is a belief that there is inherent aliveness in all things and that, as humans, we are in a mystical sacred relationship to steward and be stewarded by the source of that life. “May Love Be at the Center of All Choices”
